We currently ship across India only. Every order placed with Vi.luxora is carefully packed to ensure your nail products arrive safely and in perfect condition.
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation on your registered email address or WhatsApp number. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be required to confirm their order through the communication sent by us. Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled to avoid fake or unverified bookings.
As most of our nail products are handmade and prepared with care, order processing usually takes 2 to 4 business days before dispatch. In case of custom, personalized, or made-to-order products, processing may take approximately 5 to 7 business days. Any additional processing time for custom orders will be communicated to you during order confirmation.
After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery timelines within India are generally between 5 to 8 business days depending on your city, state, and courier service availability. Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected due to weather conditions, public holidays, operational delays, festivals, or unexpected courier issues.
We use trusted logistics and courier partners through Shiprocket to ensure reliable and secure delivery of your orders. Once your package is shipped, a tracking link and shipment details will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your order status in real time.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day. Please ensure that your shipping address, mobile number, and contact details are entered correctly during checkout, as Vi.luxora will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.
At this time, Vi.luxora does not offer international shipping services. We currently deliver only within India.
